I believe that the most difficult part in dieting is changing what we eat and the way we eat. When I go out with my friends and say they ordered those juicy steaks and indulged in desserts while I am left to fend for myself with my vegan dish, I somehow get the idea that I’m missing out on life. And so I rebel against life. And life rebels against me. Hence, this is the story of my yoyo diet.
How can I then, assure myself that I can stay committed to this, my new resolve?
